Rajeshwar Convent Higher Secondary School is a private unaided school under the general management of the Catholic Diocese of Ujjain, registered under the M.P. Society Registration Act 1973 (No.44 of 1973, Reg.No 3483).In particular it is run by St Mary's Catholic Church at Rajgarh. The management enjoys minority rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India: Article 30.

The School is affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi and its affiliation number is MP.033.Rajeshwar Convent Higher Secondary School had its simple origin with its Kinder Garden classes in the year 1971 in the Catholic Church campus, at Rajgarh. The earnest desire of the parents and students of the town and surrounding villages was the motivating force to develop it into a co-educational higher secondary school. It was provisionally affiliated to C.I.S.C.E. on 23/11/2009 and it received permanent affiliation to C.I.S.C.E. on 13,September 2012.The school bears the name of Jesus Christ, the King of the universe, whose kingdom is not in this world. This king has made himself the servant, tirelessly serving all.

He exercises his royal power as public servant who appears not at the top, not in the middle, but right at the very bottom of all hierarchies. And that is the reason why school has the motto: "wisdom for service and Peace". The medium of instruction of the school is English. The purpose of the school is to help in the formation of the children. The school aims at in the harmonious development of the Physical, mental and moral powers of the students, so as to make them good patriotic citizens ever ready to serve the country in the various circumstances of their lives.
